What does the guarantee cover?
Jonny Moore watches are made to very demanding quality control procedures and have been tested exhaustively. However, to provide peace of mind our watches are covered by our limited guarantee against manufacturing problems, this covers the watch movement, dial, indexes (display figures) and hands.
What does it not cover?
Any damage caused by accidental damage (such as being in a fire, water ingress, being dropped, being driven over by a car etc). Damage caused by carelessness, poor repair elsewhere or customisation. Wear and tear, scratches to the watch. The battery, crown, wristband and glass.
How long does the guarantee last?
The Jonny Moore watch guarantee is for 2 years exactly from the date of purchase. During this time we will repair or replace any defective part, at no cost within a reasonable timescale. After this any repairs would be subject to charge.
How do I contact Jonny Moore regarding my guarantee?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Purchase proof (a receipt from us or one of our official retailers), a scan of this or photo will suffice. If it was purchased by someone else then please ask them to provide this for you, we need to see it.
