From the time of order how quickly can I expect to see my watch?
We normally ship orders on either the day the order is placed or the next working day. Rest assured we work hard to process your order quickly. In the UK we use most of the mainstream courier companies and your order will be with you within 4 working days, sometimes much sooner. Delivery times to other regions varies, to most European countries it is within 6 days, to areas like the USA and Canada normally within 7 days and to Asia within 10 days.
Is my watch water resistant?
It will say on the caseback the level it is is rated to. Then please refer to the table below:

What batteries do we fit?
Jonny Moore watches are fitted with commonly available silver oxide button cell batteries. These are easy to purchase at most high street watch repairers and are easy for normal high street watch shops/repairers to fit.
How long do batteries last?
The normal life is between 2 to 4 years depending on external factors such as air temperature, humidity, air pressure etc.
Can the straps be washed?
The NATO straps are made of polyester, these can be gently washed with lukewarm water and a mild soap (we would not recommend washing up liquid), be gentle with it and allow it to dry at room temperature. The leather straps can not be washed, you can clean them gently or condition the leather with something like Bees Wax leather balm or Dubbin. The stainless steel straps can be gently brushed with a soft brush.
Where do Jonny Moore products come from?
Our watches are designed near Bath in England and then the parts are sourced from our partners in Asia. The Japanese mechanisms we use are exceedingly reliable. Our accessories are mostly sourced from Asia.
Product Returns
Any product returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. The items must be in a completely unused condition, with all the original packaging and labels in place. Please email us at info@jonnymoorewatches.com for the return address and ensure you put a note in the parcel with the following:
Your full name and postal address
Your telephone number
Your email address
Details of where and when it was purchased (a copy of the sales receipt)
Once the item has arrived back with us, it will be inspected before we can approve or accept it. We will do our best to complete this within 4-5 working days and then if appropriate approve and arrange a refund. If an item is lost in shipping that you have arranged, we are not responsible for this and a refund will not be made.

The Jonny Moore story is fact not fiction, a brand born out of a man. The brand Jonny Moore is owned by Motorsport Events Limited a UK based company (registration number 03860831) who have been trading successfully since 1999. Jonny Moore's direct descendants are involved in this company and are immensely proud of the Jonny Moore legacy.
