MOTORSPORT EVENTS LTD & JONNY MOORE TERMS & CONDITIONS SPECIFICALLY FOR SALES OF PRODUCTS
1. Brochure Descriptions and Prices
All descriptions and illustrations in the brochure and/or website are intended to present merely a general idea of the product and should not form part of the contract. All information, prices and claims are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press and are valid until December 31st 2019. We reserve the right to amend information or prices relating to products in this brochure/website without notice. All prices include VAT at the standard rate unless otherwise stated.
2. Pricing & Payment
The price of goods and carriage is clearly show on our website including VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Full payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received or where payment has defaulted.
3. Delivery & Title
Ownership or title to the goods or product will not pass to the buyer until we have received full payment. We will deliver your goods as quoted at the time of order, but delivery times are approximate. There is no liability for delayed goods and the buyer accepts full responsibility for delayed deliveries.
4. Delivery Shortages
The buyer shall make the seller aware in writing (email is acceptable) of any shortage, delivery problem or any error within 7 days of the order being shipped. After 7 days Motorsport Events Ltd and Jonny Moore will not accept any liability for any order discrepancy. Buyers should retain any parcel packaging in the event of a claim.
5. Liability
We cannot and do not accept liability in respect of faulty, unsatisfactory or non-performance of any product, nor any other claim. If goods are defective, supplied in error, late or otherwise in breach of the implied terms of the buyer’s statutory rights, all losses which result are excluded and shall not be reclaimable from the supplier. We accept no liability for death or personal injury and the buyer should be aware of this.
6. Trade Buyers
For trade buyers, Motorsport Events Ltd and Jonny Moore are excluded from any liability, howsoever arising, in respect of any express or implied condition, warranty or term, statement, representation whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the goods supplied. Trade buyers accept that they have their own insurances in place against losses which arise by virtue of any breach of this agreement and warrants that they have adequate insurances.
7. Personal Data
When shopping with us we will save some of your data to fulfil your purchase. Please note we treat all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. We are members of the Data Protection Register (no: Z7413746) . We will only add you to any email database lists if you allow us to and then this would be only for informing you of Jonny Moore news.
8. Product Information
The purpose of product images and information on our website is to give a good representation of the products for your perusal. We work hard to ensure that all content on this website is accurate, sometimes errors may occur. Occasionally there may be small differences from the image you see on a computer screen to the product received, these would only be very minor and could mean a slight colour difference for example.
9. Availability Of Stock
If we are unable to fulfil the order of goods paid for by you due to insufficient stock, we will notify you and give you either the choice to wait until we can fulfil your order, change your order to a different item or we will offer a refund within 14 days.
10. Cancellations & Returns
A buyer shall have the right to cancel their order within 28 days of delivery of the goods. Special order goods shall not be returnable under the terms of this clause. Notice of cancellation may be given by email (info@jonnymoorewatches.com) or post to the Company’s registered address. Goods must be returned at your cost, the goods must be unused and with all the original packaging. If the goods were faulty we will arrange collection of the goods by our carrier.
11. Refusal of Supply
Motorsport Events Limited reserves the right to supply any person or persons or Companies with any of our products from the Jonny Moore range.
12. Complaints

Relevant Law
This Contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of English courts at all times.
