We normally ship orders on either the day the order is placed or the next working day. Rest assured we work hard to process your order quickly. In the UK we use most of the mainstream courier companies and your order will be with you within 4 working days, sometimes much sooner. Delivery times to other regions varies, to most European countries it is within 6 days, to areas like the USA and Canada normally within 7 days and to Asia within 10 days.
Any product returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. The items must be in a completely unused condition, with all the original packaging and labels in place. Please email us at info@jonnymoorewatches.com for the return address and ensure you put a note in the parcel with the following details:
Your full name and postal address
Telephone number
Once the item has arrived back with us, it will be inspected before we can approve or accept it. We will do our best to complete this within 4-5 working days and then if appropriate approve and arrange a refund. If an item is lost in shipping that you have arranged then we are not responsible for this.
